Cuidad Juarez, Mexico
In a display of violence rarely even seen in movies, heavily armed gunmen forced their way into another drug rehab center; this one in the town of Cuidad Juarez. Once inside they gunned down at least 10 patients and staff members. The attack occurred less than 3 weeks after a massacre in a drug treatment center here resulted in 18 deaths.
No one could answer “why”? the first time.
I don’t expect them to be able to now.
